On today's show we're flying the E-flite F4U-4 Corsair 1.2 Meter Wingspan . This is its first flight of the season . It needed a small repair to the landing gear from last year . Guling didn't work so I relocated the mounting screws a little further back and it good now . Pics in the video . Thanks as always for watching .

On today's show we're flying what I consider one of the best micro jet RC Airplanes . This is the UMX Citation Longitude Twin 30mm EDF Jet BNF Basic with AS3X and SAFE Select. It uses two electric ducted fan motors for thrust , has working navigation lights and removable landing gear . Flight times are around 5-6 with a 800mAh 3S Lipo Battery . Thanks for watching .

I like flying mine with out wheels.
Imagine what something like this could do if you made it faster and put an FPV cam in the cockpit. Remote control missile that can't be outrun or flared or even locked onto? All those billions and trillions of dollars they spent developing manned aircraft and countermeasures would go straight down the drain overnight. Of course if you live in Chad you just drive a bunch of pickup trucks into their airfield before they can even take off the runway.

Nice flying & a good looking landing! Is your 'runway' staying fairly clear for you these days? Even though your A-10 wheels are not very big - the plane seems to handle your runway pretty well.
Thank you JR . I've been going a little later than usual to avoid the rush . LOL . It seems a little dependent on how many local soccer/football matches are on that day . Most of these UMX planes take off and land surprisingly well for having tiny wheels and gear .

No , they are molded into the center section . You can remove that whole piece , but it would let dirt gather inside the vehicle .

@@loordeg6632 You're welcome . For sure you could do that . The only important component of the tray is the center portion that sits on the chassis for support .It adds some rigidity to the roll cage and mostly protects the internals . It's also possible to modify the existing one . The arms , guns and heads of the figures are separate removable pieces and the torso and legs and kinda molded into the seats down to the thigh . No legs . LOL .

Surprisingly, I couldn't find any information or videos on this exact subject. There's lots on how to replace belts or fix your AC system . But not on a $20 solution to get you back on the road . Hope this helps 🙏🏻

great , do you connect amp to speaker with aux cable?
Aux was used to import the backtrack music to the Joyo amp . Red bluetooth device. The headphone out jack on the Joyo amp went to the speaker . 0:52 .Yes , I'm using a 1/8 TRS AUX cable with an adaptor to 1/4 on the other end . Sorry if it was a bit confusing . This is not how it was intended to be used , but proves it does and worked to demonstrate better than using headphones. Thanks for watching .

It has a 6 axis gyro in the Spektrum receiver I installed , And I'm sure FPV would be fine . The other 1.5 Meter Spitfire even came with the FPV mount .

Seems like it's been awhile. Glad to see you flyin again. That T-28 is such a good design / airframe. I have the 1.2m e flite T-28 and it is one of my favorites. You were looking good cruising around your patch of grass !
Thanks again , Yeah I sure have been missing flying , June was very busy for me , but now I have some more time I'm eager to go , but this new traffic situation is not good . I'm going to look around for another spot nearby . Maybe use that temporarily until they fix the other road . The grass is so tall there now its creating a kind of wind tunnel down the road too. LOL . It's way overdue for a trim . I agree the T-28 is such a predictable plane and enjoyable to fly . Maybe even a trainer ? ...or for someone with maybe a bit experience or returning to the hobby.
